I've found that (WaitForTerminate + ReloadCurrent) doesn't work with ExifTool. I must manually reload image. I have try with "cmd /c" too but I've no success.
I use ExifTool to modify Orientation Tag.
My command:
UserCmd5="KeyCode: I Cmd: 'exiftool -Orientation=3 -n -overwrite_original_in_place %filename%' HelpText: 'I\tData in alto a sinistra' Flags: 'WaitForTerminate ReloadCurrent NoWindow'"
The image is reloaded from disk in this case but all geometric parameters are kept (zoom, pan, rotation). This is intentionally but maybe not a good idea as can be seen in your example - there the rotation should be changed according to the new EXIF value. I changed this, so now the flag will perform the same as when pressing CTRL-R, not keeping any geometric parameters anymore.
