#34 persistent "Command to filter file through" history

Quite often I use filtering of the edited file or block via an external program (sed, awk,...) - "CTRL/K + /" (^K /). And also often the same commands and their command line are repeated, sometimes quite long - sometimes exactly the same, sometimes only with minor modifications.
Now the entered commands are remembered only within one run of the joe program. My request/wish for improvement - enable the command history for subsequent runs (i.e. to have the history stored somewhere on disk - like bash history).
