#27 Shortcut to refresh the screen
JOE used to refresh the screen when user hit ^R, but now this gives some an I-find, whatever that is. (The man pages still incorrectly claim that ^R will refresh the screen.) Now when the screen gets garbled, there is no easy way to refresh it. Please bring this feature back.
