[jMusic-dev] Question: Phrase.setVolume and Phrase.getVolume

Hi,
I am a software engineer with special interest in music. Earlier this year
I discovered jMusic (I know, too late, but it serves my ideas better than a
lot of the newer stuff, so thank you!). What brought me to jMusic is my
fascination with Andrew Sorensen's live coding videos. Then I got the
Andrew Brown's book and started following the tutorials, but found that
some of them don't work with latest jMusic without tweaking. Unfortunately,
I couldn't find any comments or explanation, but I could easily trace the
changes, e.g. between versions 1.6.2 and 1.6.3, sometime in August 2011,
Phrase class lost its setVolume and getVolume public methods, which are
used in TheGrid10 tutorial (specifically in GridMusic10.java for the drum
parts. I am not sure if there was a reason for this change, but I would
really appreciate if someone explains this.
