(1) Please write a test case that creates normal offers with different product types and verifies that *all* expected PriceFragments are created correctly.

Note, that you'll have to finalize and accept the offer in order to be able to do the 2nd part of this issue.

(2) Please write a test case that creates a reverse offer (i.e. refunding the one created in (1)) and checks whether *all* expected PriceFragments are created correctly.

Note, that the checks must work recursively (for nested ArticlePrice instances)!

All this should be checked in into trunk.
