#20 helpful plugin descriptions

It would be helpful to us users to know what the
plugins do. The file names and release names are clear
enough, to me at least. Like in the release notes of
that plugin, you could describe (or have the authors)
describe the plugin and what it does for us. Thank you!

Whenever we will change plugin interface(I'm starting thinking
about this) or even before we will add descriptions seeable in the
about plugin in the xml's files.
