I'm not recommending anything :-) All care - no responsiblity :-) I'm simply pointing out that if you are REALLY worried about one webapp compromising another webapp, then separate JVMs is going to be better. But it will eat a lot more system resources etc. etc. But you can definitely run within a single JVM.
