Hello- I have a webapp that works running under resin - I want to switch to jetty. (using jetty-6.1.6rc0) When I run using jsp-2.1 libs, i get: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /WEB-INF/stripes/@top.jsp(29,31) The value of attribute "test" associated with an element type "null" must not contain the '<' character. at org.apache.jasper.compiler.DefaultErrorHandler.jspError(DefaultErrorHandler.java:62) ... Running the jsp-20 libs, I get: 3998 [btpool0-7] WARN org.mortbay.log - Nested in org.apache.jasper.JasperException: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /WEB-INF/stripes/@top.jsp(29,31) The value of attribute "test" associated with n element type "c:if" must not contain the '<' character.: rg.apache.jasper.JasperException: /WEB-INF/stripes/@top.jsp(29,31) The value of attribute "test" associated with an element type "c:if" must not contain the '<' character. at org.apache.jasper.compiler.DefaultErrorHandler.jspError(DefaultErrorHandler.java:39) at org.apache.jasper.compiler.ErrorDispatcher.dispatch(ErrorDispatcher.java:405) ... - - - - - The jsp files use xml syntax (<jsp:root>... ). I tried switching all the libraries from: xmlns:c = "http://java.sun.com/jstl/core" to xmlns:c = "http://java.sun.com/jstl/core_rt" but that does not seem to change the error. The line that gets pointed to is: <c:if test="${fn:length(qstr)<1}"> ... </c:if> Thanks for any pointers! ryan |
