[Jetty-support] please make the lattest jetty-4 available on maven repository

Hello,

I've asked maven guys to upload some versions of jetty to maven central
repository. I was suggested to directly make my request here, as you are
maintaining your own maven repo that get synchronized with maven central..

My project uses jsunit, that itself requires jetty 4.

Could you please make jetty-4.2.27.jar available on maven repository, and
also the associated start.jar / stop.jar ?
In the same time, you would be nice to also make the 5.1.10 version of those
jars available as they will be required by the future 2.2 version of
jsunit...
