[Jetty-support] Hot Deployment is very slow

Hi,

I'm using the jetty6 maven2 plugin. The Hot Deployment is working, but it is
very slow, because every time the "Hot Deployment" starts, the Jetty Server
is just restarted.
Is this normal? Is there a way to speed it up?

In other projects we are working with JBoss, and Hot Deployment just takes a
second.
