Hi,

I managed to port my DSpace application from Tomcat to Jetty. Now Im 
facing challenges with character encoding. It seems that Jetty can not 
handle skandinavian utf-8 characters correctly.

I did set locale to utf-8 on webdefault.xml, but is there another 
configuration I could look into?
