Sorry for the prolonged delay fixing jetty.mortbay.org.

The domain name has been transferred to network solutions, but because
of an issue with an old credit card on and old order, their internal systems
keep having "issues".

I'm trying to put a bomb under them to fix this manually, but I am not
getting anywhere.

Perhaps after may day?????
