[Jetty-support] 500 error if no servlets are present

Hi

I'm currently building an application which allows to dynamically add 
and remove connectors, contexts etc.

I found that if a context is created, but no servlets are added jetty 
responds with a server error for any requests. Adding a check to the 
path map in the handler would prevent that - and cause this request to 
return status code 404, which I think would be correct.

Something like this (in ServletHandler):

public PathMap.Entry getHolderEntry(String pathInContext)
    {
        if (_servletPathMap != null) {
            return _servletPathMap.getMatch(pathInContext);
        }
       
        return null;
    }

What do you think?

However, very good work, and good luck for the final release of the 
Jetty 6.0.0 version!
