In MacOSX, after I select ``Revert Changes'', the application fails to respond. It appears to complete the reversion, as the dialog for it appears, does its thing and goes away, but I can get no response from the application other than to press the close button on the window. No widgets function in any way, but I can still see them.

I'm about to check the new jar file you suggested, but I just noticed that the menus aren't completely hung, but just no visual feedback occurs. If I blindly select menu entries, they do the right thing, I just can't see what I'm doing.

The new jar seems to solve the problem a few times, but starts failing again after reverting 3 or 4 times in one session.

Just found some more info in that it looks as if the only
thing not happening is redraws. I can do things, like
use a scrollbar, and nothing will apparently happen, but
if I drag the window off the screen and back on, the
changes appear in the window. So it looks like a
redraw method is failing to be called as often as it
should.

Is this still happening with the latest Java update from
Apple on OS X?
