Currently, if I have "include untracked files", they show up in the tree with the same color/icons as regular files. Perhaps they can appear in a different color (perhaps grey?), or with a different icon, so you can easily tell between tracked and untracked files?

I think this is done with the latest pull request I submitted. It just has to be merged into v0.8.
