#417 [Jalopy] Alignment option not set in prefs

The Jalopy Plugin preferences dialog code doesn't set
the Braces -> Style -> Alignment -> "Treat class and
method blocks different" checkbox checked, regardless
if that option is in use. That leads to unsetting this
option everytime when I change some other preferences.
