#1291 ErrorList: filename glob patterns ignore paths

I wanted to make /usr/* the glob pattern for ErrorList to ignore, but it does not work.
I still see errors from my system header files which are usually just cascaded results of things in my code and I never need to see them in errorlist to help me find my error.
