My mistake!
It's not normal: I didn't check that the downloaded libs were correctly copied.
I've made a PR with a fix. Please take it and re-tag (same number or preferably a new one if somebody has downloaded the bad release already).

Binary is here https://bined.exbin.org/jedit-plugin/ but I can add it to GitHub release if required...
