Did you install it from the Plugin Manager? Does the Plugin Manager show
any error for the plugin? Is there anything useful in the Activity Log
(Utilities - Troubleshooting - Activity Log or Utilities - Settings
Directory - activity.log)? If there was an error loading the plugin, there
should be a message towards the top of the log.
