Gene,

Would I be deemed a troll if I used an emoticon? I was trying to keep the 
tone light by responding to your humor with some of my own. If I failed to 
convey a humorous tone, I apologize.

I do seriously dislike drag-and-drop text editing and I think it's an 
entirely legitimate request to have it be an user-selectable option should 
it be implemented.

Do you disagree? Should drag-and-drop editing be forced on me as a 
condition of using jEdit?
