As far as I know, you can't hide the toolbar and menu bar in normal
(i.e. windowed) mode. You can hide them in full-screen mode (Global
options -> View), and you can toggle full screen mode using an action
which can be mapped to a keyboard shortcut (Global options ->
Shortcuts).
