Also, I sought and obtained a JIRA license for jdbm a while ago.  I
currently host JIRA for the CognitiveWeb on a server at my house, along with
the CognitiveWeb wiki.  I could add a project for jdbm (trivial) or even
stand up a new JIRA instance for jdbm (less trivial), or I could just
provide the license information to someone else who wanted to expose a JIRA
instance for jdbm (trivial for me :-)

Do you know if/how to set up a wiki on SourceForge?  I don't really see
it as a standard service offering.  Are we supposed to install something
like a PHP-based wiki?
