#1 formatting error in TBL file when gene spans the origin of a circular genome

When a gene spans the origin of a circular genome the tbl file generates two sets of coordinates (before and after the origin) which essentially encodes the genbank "join" format for a location. The second line is including the "gene" tag, which should only be present on the FIRST line of coordinates.

The code in the development directory contains a fix:

    if ( defined $start2 ) {
        print $TBL "$start2\t$end2\n";
    }

instead of

    if ( defined $start2 ) {
        print $TBL "$start2\t$end2\tgene\n";
    }
