JavaHMO 2.4 Released

The JavaHMO media server for TiVo has released version 2.4. This release includes some ToGo bug fixes.

Before you can use the ToGo functionality, you have to configure the download path and media access key using the JavaHMO configuration GUI File/Properties menu.

The ToGo functionality is available in the configuration GUI on the File/ToGo menu. If you are using the TiVo Beacon then currently JavaHMO is not able to automatically determine the TiVo's on you network; you have to manually configure JavaHMO with those details. If you do not use the TiVo Beacon service then JavaHMO should automatically locate your TiVo's.... read more

JavaHMO 2.2 Released

This is a maintenance release which includes some minor bug fixes.

The following bugs has been fixed in this release:
1. Fixed reload bug for web content
2. Added new audio prompt for streaming errors
3. Ignore hidden files
4. Fixed email plugin missing data bug
5. Fixed bug in Windows installation wizard to support TiVo Desktop 2.0

After users indicated that JavaHMO 2.1 didnt work if it was installed after TiVo Desktop 2.0, my initial testing seemed to indicate that the problem was due to the new TiVo Beacon service.
However, I have now tracked the problem down to a bug in the Windows installation wizard. You should now be able to install JavaHMO 2.2 after TiVo Desktop 2.0... read more

JavaHMO 2.1 Released

This is a maintenance release which includes some minor bug fixes.

The following bugs has been fixed in this release:
1. Fixed iTunes plugin drops 1 song
2. Fixed Email plugin protocol value reset bug in configuration GUI
3. Fixed shuffle repeat play bug
4. Fixed playlist shuffle bug
5. Fixed iTunes default path

JavaHMO 2.0 Released

This release represents a significant upgrade of JavaHMO, the media server for the Home Media Option from TiVo. This version includes numerous new kinds of content, significant performance improvements and increased reliability.

This version is also major re-organization of the code and includes a new plugin architecture.

Stop the JavaHMO service and then copy this file into:
