Accordion toolbar upload/delete buttons were not being disabled correctly.

Bug 19277 : Initially loading the store without any parameters to determine the total number of records.Otherwise initial value is sent as a parameter; store will be changed to local mode and it will never fetch remaining records.

fixed issue with ID where it inserts the literal text   into the editor after a backspace key is pressed.
I overrode the cleanHtml method to replace that text if found.
