Commit [r5425]  Maximize  Restore  History

Bug Fix 19534: Reverted back forceRemoteQuery default value to false, this will make the store local and allow the records to be filtered

Setting value 'afterrender' for the finderComboGrid in the PanelController, otherwise the description is not shown along with value for the displayField
