#1127 JabRef 2.9 on Windows 7 cannot find JAVA run time.

JabRef 2.9 cannot find JAVA run time. I installed JabRef 2.9 on my windows 7 system 64 bit with JAVA version 7 update 10 (build 1.7.0_10-b18) 32 bit. When I run the JabRef.exe the following appears:

Could not find a Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer.
Without it you cannot run "JabRef".
Would you like to visit the Java website to download it?

I downgraded to version 2.8 and JabRef starts without problems. If I click on the JabRef-2.9.jar file Jab Ref starts without problems.

This bug is a duplicate of bug [#1123]. Please use JabRef 2.9.1. It's fixed there. You'll find it at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jabref/files/jabref/2.9.1/.
