[Jabbin-devs] Advantages of using Jabbin instead of a SIP programme?

Hi, I've just been reading about Jabbin, and I was wondering what the advantages are of using it (or
another programme for using VOIP with the Jabber protocol) instead of a programme which uses SIP,
such as WengoPhone. I'd generally expect SIP to be a better option as it's primarily designed for
speech (as far as I know), and as far as I know the Jabber protocol is primarily for instant messaging.
