When people use the editor, it seems they will usually want to open the currently active file in the server. Wouldn't it then make sense to let the file open dialog default to the currently open file, so that there is no unnecessary file system browsing involved?
Maybe my workflow is wrong, but whenever I use this menu item, I usually want to run the DF server for the file that I am working on in the editor.
So letting the file selector default to the file that is currently active, would possibly be more intuitive.
the other option would be to introduce another menu option "open this DF in server".
In fact one of the reasons why it is like that is that I added the embeddable Server + associated Client later in the development. I think that it should be simple "at least" to be able to open the DF in the embedded Server just by right clicking on the Definition File tab.
