[Iwor-developers] Cloning ability is completed.

Hi everyone,

I finished cloning ability for the project, fix a little bug about robot
charging, and add two new options: ROBOT_INIT_ENERGY and
FACTORY_INIT_ENERGY.

Now I'm going to work on `SHOOT' command, the ability for robots to kill
each other!
