#1021 Difference between v 9 and 10 on small test

I had a new linux machine and it installed version10.0 (stable) iverilog. Various programs stopped working. I've cut one down greatly and attach the files. It gives unexpected results on my new machine which is Fedora fc25.

I include the output on the new machine and a working one in two folders.

The bug is that basic integer comparisons and updates are not working corectly I think. Or else I am mad.

This is bug [#999]. It is fixed in both the master and v10 branches in git.
