When
1) a workorder is attached to a ticket
and
2) an entry is made into the log of the workorder
and
3) the workorder is resolved (in the same step as making the log entry)
Then:
2 identical entries are made in the private log of the ticket, see attached png.
Found the same issue with:
Implemented the fix AND simplified the code to the latests standards (less entries in the change tracking log), but only the case reported has been verified so far.
