To reproduce:

create a change
make it progress until it reaches the state "approved"
you get a message "Unkown variable sIcon"

And the expected Icon will never be displayed.

Root cause: variable spelling issues.

It should be produced in a number of similar situations:

Change / approved
Change / not approved
Change / implemented
Change / monitored
Change / rejected
Incident / escalated (tto or ttr)
User request / escalated (tto or ttr)
