Hi Vincent, I have configured two email notifications for all the Service Requests. One for when a request is created, it will send an email to the requester, the request has been created. The second one is for the approver, send an Email notification for the Approval.
the first email is working, but the approver notification email is giving an error "Error: The input is not a valid email address. Use the basic format local-part@hostname".
We have using itop 3.2.2-1-17851 version and Approval Process Automation extension version 2.4.2 version. I will attach both the settings and error.

Sorry for the late reply
I think the issue is from the "Reply to" field that expects an hardcoded email, not a placeholder.
Could you please empty this field and test again ?
