#2332 iTop - Fatal Error

Dear ITOP team

We are facing fatal error in some request/incident when Click on the received Email notification Request /Instance ID in order to redirect to ITOP system.
For example : when click on R-051450 , the below error will display :
[ here to display the details of the ticket: R-051450 ]

" Fatal error, iTop cannot continue.
Error: Error: the following parameter must be specified for this operation: id.. "

and in other request , an other error display :
" iTop - Fatal Error
Fatal error, iTop cannot continue.
Error: Error: the following parameter must be specified for this operation: class.. "

Hi Ghaniya,

We fixed an issue recently where carriage return were detected in notifications URLs.

This fix will be shipped with iTop 3.2.2 but in the meantime you can try to apply the fix to try to mitigate the issue

Shall I remove The highlighted red text or just add the highlighted green text?

Replace the red line by the green line, maybe it's more clear using the split view
