I'm currently using iTop version 3.2.0 and I'm trying to customize the portal to allow users to select an Asset (Configuration Item) when creating a ticket (User Request or Incident).
Is there a specific configuration or example that shows how to include a CI selector in the ticket creation form from the portal?

Hi Feriel,
I suggest you to use the "discussion" part for questions. "tickets" are designed for bug reports.
To my knowledge, the best is to add with an extension, an ExternalKey pointing to the FunctionalCI, on the class on the Ticket, then add that same field on the portal creation form, so it can be selected by the user.
