#2208 Submenus are not loaded

Our company has the problem that we have certain submenus which are not loaded. If you click on them, this error message is displayed:
iTop: An error occurred, check server error log for more information.

We then receive the following information in the Error.logs:
Uncaught Error: Call to a member function GetKey() on null in /var/www/html/.../IPMgmtExtraMenus.php:44 & 150

The code contains the following code in lines 44 and 150:
$id = $oObj->GetKey();

We know that GetKey has no value in these lines, so we need a solution for this.

About your problem, did you run the setup again ?
Also, check your db consistency ? (System / Database integrity)
What are iTop and TeemIP versions ?
