Hello,
After Moving from version 2.7.4 to Version 3.0 Beta4 most things work, except adding and retrieving attachments to tickets. After adding an attachment successfully and trying to retrieve it immediately afterwards I get hte following error:
Invalid id (7) for class 'Attachment' - the object does not exist or you are not allowed to view it.
Upon refreshing the browser screen the ticket no longer shows the attachment present.
Further to this previously closed tickets from version 2.7.4. no longer show attachments either even though the log shows attachments were added.
Is this a permission issue or something else?

    Discovered that following some event the attachments table is truncated. I am yet to identify specificaly what is triggering the truncation of the attachments table.

    Hello R,

    Please let us know if you have further information on this. We had no report of the attachment being truncated yet, so it would be great to know if this was caused by iTop or not.

    In the first 2 betas, we had an issue that could have cause something similar, as it was deleting some of the attachments / inline images from time to time; but this was fixed in beta3, so if you upgraded to beta4 you should not be concerned by it.

    It was fixed with 5651512f6
