#1892 Failed to reload object of class 'TriggerOnStateEnter', id = 36, DBIsReadOnly = 0

Hi,
i have problems moving from Version 2.3.1 to 2.7.1. We moved the whole SQL Data from one Server to another and installed a fresh itop Version 2.7.1. Now when we tried to change to the other database we can enter itop and see all tickets, contacts and so on but when we click on one of the objects we get the following error message:

Fatal error, iTop cannot continue.
Error: Failed to reload object of class 'TriggerOnStateEnter', id = 36, DBIsReadOnly = 0 (see the log for more information).

Please help.
