i have installed extension itop dispatch to team https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=extensions%3Acombodo_dispatch_userrequest and i wanna ask,
is there possible to make email notifications to the team when i click button dispatch to team?

I haven't checked the extension myself; isn't it possible to define a trigger based on the state change?
