So I have the "task" to update a "tad" updated ITOP (v2.6.0) to v2.7.x
I figured the best way would be to first update any installed extentions, then update to 2.6.3 and then update to 2.7.6 (LTS)
I managed to update "Mail to ticket automation", yet I seem to keep on getting error's with "User Action configurator"
Getting quit a lot of the following error's:
Warning: rmdir(/var/www/html/data/cache-production/apc-emul): Directory not empty in /var/www/html/setup/setuputils.class.inc.php on line 702
{"code":0,"message":"Ok","fields":[]}
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/html/setup/setuputils.class.inc.php:657) in /var/www/html/application/ajaxwebpage.class.inc.php on line 148

Removing the files does not fix it (they are re-created it seems again by "APC" (the caching plugin/extention).
How to resolve this?

Make sure iTop is not in use. It should be safe to delete the cache-production folder before running the setup.
Not sure if it's needed to go to 2.6.3 in between?
Hmm, I thought it was a cronjob (For LDAP), yet It still was throwing the error's (once I disabled the LDAP)
Were can I still manually download this specific extention?
"User Action configurator" v1.4.1

Hello,
Check the offical upgrade procedure : Upgrade iTop [Combodo Private Wiki]
Read the migration notes really carefully !
Thnx.
Decided to go with the "Install a new VM and migratie stuff" option.
