Hi everyone, I have two questions that I'm having trouble understanding. The questions are as follows:
which case “sPattern” is not null in GetRelatedTicket method present in D:\xampp\htdocs\itop\env-production\itop-standard-email-synchro\model.itop-standard-email-synchro.php
which case “aMatches” is not null in GetRelatedTicket method present in D:\xampp\htdocs\itop\env-production\itop-standard-email-synchro\model.itop-standard-email-synchro.php
Could someone please explain how these pieces of data are used in the email-to-ticket automation extension?

To be honest, these are in-detail questions about coding.
Combodo employees do a great job of answering some questions here on the forum - on a voluntary basis - regarding general usage, issues, some code examples; but these are very detailed questions.
You might want to consider getting some form of professional support if you're looking for a quick answer.
