Ticket URL and Ref is not synchronize

    Hi, after upgrading our iTop instance to version 3.0, the Ticket's URL and Ref number/id are not synchronize anymore. The URL is decrementing with n-7 as its value.

    How can we sync this again?

    You're running into this: https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=3_0_0%3Ainstall%3A260_to_270_migration_notes ( a change introducted in iTop 2.7 where "id" and "ref" could be something different).

    I don't know of a way to sync them.
