Automated install doesn't update Data Model

I'm running into a problem with the automatic update. I'm trying to add a new field and tweak a method on the server.

The issue is, after the automatic update, both the env-production and the database get the changes right – I see the new field and the method updates. But when I check the data model from the portal, the class doesn't seem to have the new field.

    Here's what I've done:

Ran unattended-install.php with the parameter file from setup and user account used for running the web server process and also did an apc_clear_cache.

    Extra info:
Everything works fine when I do the update manually.

Would really appreciate any help or suggestions to fix this. If you need more info, just let me know.

    Thank you in advance.

Are you sure you're accessing the correct iTop application?

One scenario where this could occur: if the database IS updated... Perhaps you have two folders with iTop installed? And you run the unattended setup on one; while you're now still navigating on the other (non updated)?

I am testing on Docker, and I still have another folder of ITOP installed. It is possible that what you mentioned is happening. I will check it also i'll make sure that i'm calling the correct user process. Thank you very much.

    Hello,
Can you give more details on what you are doing ? What is "automated install" ? What do you mean by "when I check the data model from the portal" ?
