This comes from the "Mail to ticket automation" extension, can you tell us which version you have installed on your iTop? One good way to know is to open the "About iTop" dialog which can be found on the top right corner in the "Power" button, then open "Supprot information" and paste its content here.

Thank you for the info, the version of the extension you have is only compatible with iTop 2.7.2 and newer; that is why you have errors in your log. You should remove it and restore a compatible version.
All extension versions and their compatibility with iTop versions are detailled here. For iTop 2.6, you should take 3.1.1

This comes from the "Mail to ticket automation" extension, can you tell us which version you have installed on your iTop? One good way to know is to open the "About iTop" dialog which can be found on the top right corner in the "Power" button, then open "Supprot information" and paste its content here.
