Hello, I have a problem and can't find the error. I want to use 'Mail to Ticket' and have installed it. iTop is registered in Azure, and I can generate my token from iTop. When I perform a test and send an email from iTop, everything works. But when I try to retrieve the emails, I get the 'refresh token' error. However, I can send emails with exactly the same email from within iTop.

I believe for one the URL with "offline_access" should only be "offline_access". Try changing that, and regenerate a new token.
