Hello, I'm trying to solve a problem in iTop, but I'm going in circles. I want an email notification to be sent when the start time of a work order for a ticket begins. Unfortunately, you can't use a trigger for this, as the trigger needs to be activated to send a notification. Is it possible to create an automation like Cron for this?

This cannot be done out the box, but you can either make your own extension for this or get the Notify expiration extension on iTop Hub.
