I have installed Mail to Ticket on my iTop (Ubuntu Server) and connected it to my support email address. All emails are being read in iTop, but no tickets are being created. I’ve tried adjusting the variables several times, but nothing changes. I also checked the data models and tried to map the mandatory fields, but it's still not working. What exactly needs to be configured, or what could be the reason? I’ve already read through the documentation.
As for the processing - I think you may have overlooked (or misconfigured) the part about the background task (cron/task scheduler) to process the emails?

The good news is iTop can "see" your e-mails.
