Last week and today i tried upgrading our iTop version. We run Jeffrey Bostoen's MFA plugin and mail to ticket plugins.
Following the upgrade process to the letter we end up with a working upgraded (v3.1.1.1) iTop!
After around 20-30 minuted the ticket platform fails to load and only shows the error below:
The "/var/www/html/itop/env-production/application/templates/" directory does not exist ("/var/www/html/itop/env-production/application/templates/").
Navigating to this folder indeed it does not exist. It did not exist in our production (to be upgraded) install so i am kind of lost on what the issue could be. Somethins is cached and works until the timer runs out.
Does anyone know what could be the cause of this kind of issue? Thanks in advance!

You might want to upgrade the MFA extension to the latest version :)
