can you please provide more information about your environment ? For example, version of iTop, version of server iTop ( CentOS 6/7, Debian, Ubuntu), version of PHP, Mysql, Apache/Nginx....... AD (LDAP server or Active Directory 2008/2012/2016).
What kind of problem do you have?
1) You cannot establish connection between iTop server and AD (user from AD that has permission for browsing in part of domain) ?
or
2) You have already established connection between iTop and AD server, but if you create new "User Account" (Admin tools --> User Accounts) at least with profile "Portal use" and belonging to some Organization then the user cannot log in ?
In my case, I have iTop 2.3.3 on CentOS 7.3 x64, PHP 5.4.16, mysql 5.5.52-MariaDB, Apache 2.4.6, Active Directory (WIN 2012 R2). Please see picture in attachment.

03.jpg - config file on iTop server (path - /var/www/html/itop2.3.3/conf/production/config-itop.php, in your environment it can looks differently)
Hi,
I have a problem with AD auth.
I have two user:
1) CN=Test User,OU=user,DC=example,DC=it
2) CN=TestUser,,DC=example,DC=it
With user1 I have problem, instead with user2 can not access.
I think that problem is the space between Test and User, how to solve it?
Regards,
Dario
